Position Overview

We're seeking a
Digital Marketing Expert
with strong hands-on experience and an independent, strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will drive our digital presence across platforms — leading everything from content strategy to SEO and performance marketing — while collaborating closely with the Business Head and client teams.

This role is
entirely on-site
and best suited for a
self-motivated marketing professional
who can handle end-to-end digital marketing functions efficiently and creatively.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Expert based in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include crafting engaging content, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our online presence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    4 years of proven hands-on experience
    in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    content strategy, social media marketing, SEO, and AEO
    .
  • Proficiency in using
    design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
    and
    video editing tools
    for short-form content.
  • Excellent analytical skills to track and interpret marketing performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work
    independently
    , take ownership, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Prior experience working in startups or small, dynamic teams will be an advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
