Company: Snacks/Namkeen or FMCG Industries
Location: Ballygunge (HO) – with travel across West Bengal as per business requirement
Industry Preference: Snacks / Sweets / FMCG (mandatory background)
CTC: ₹50,000 (Approx.)/Depend upon the interview
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across West Bengal.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Manage and grow distributor and retailer networks.
- Supervise and guide sales teams to deliver business goals.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in key markets.
- Build and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends for strategic planning.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Prior experience in Snacks / Sweets / FMCG industries (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-handling ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing trade networks.
