Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing markets for the existing products of the company. To achieve breakthrough in new markets that provide new revenue streams to the company for long term.
- Responsible for achieving the Order Booking, Revenue and EBITDA targets of the assigned products/regions.
- Responsible for identifying & creating new business opportunities based on market requirements.
- Develop go-to-market strategy with Product and Region-specific solutions.
- Study and analyze the market, customer, competition of the said segment and generate Go-to-Market plan.
- Formulation and roll out an implementation plan for the above
- Bring visibility of the existing solutions of Segment/SBU to the markets and target the right clients/customer base.
- Analyzing and tie-up with Global/Regional/local partner relationships that will enable the GTM plans.
- Responsible for engagement with Key-Decision-Makers on the client side to understand key requirements and present value.
- Actively participate in Industry events to build network and showcase Thought Leadership.
Skills Required
- 2 - 5 years of BD/Sales/Marketing/Product Management experience of which last 1-2 years have been spent in the BFSI Domain / FinTech industry.
- Previous experience of Business Development, to achieve New Markets for Existing products or New Products for Existing Market or New Business lines.
Exposure to Payments, Financial Inclusion, InsureTech, Lending, AML & FRM, Card Virtualisation would be useful.
Networking with industry experts. Ability to enhance own knowledge / self-learner.
Understanding of Market Research methodologies and Analysis to be able to draw Go-to-Market plans.
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
BD/Sales/Marketing experience
Developing markets for the existing products or new product of the company.
Exposure to Payments, Financial Inclusion, InsureTech, Lending, AML & FRM, Card Virtualisation would be useful.
