Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Maintain records, documents, and support compliance activities.
- Assist in travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration/office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; good communication skills.
