Admin Executive
Location: Electronics City, Bangalore.
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations including housekeeping, security, transportation, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, stationeries, and maintenance-related materials within budget.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities, assets, and infrastructure through timely maintenance and AMC renewals.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and support HR in payroll coordination.
- Manage travel arrangements, company transport facilities, and guest house administration.
- Support statutory and compliance documentation, liaising with government bodies as required.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within office and plant premises.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and audits while maintaining records and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of administrative systems, vendor management, and office infrastructure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
