**Role Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Executive - Admin and Logistics** to oversee daily administrative tasks, vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics operations. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth backend functioning that supports the studio’s design and production teams.
**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration**
- Oversee daily office operations including supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage internal documentation, filing systems, and ensure smooth communication across departments
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and compliance requirements
- Support management with meeting scheduling, travel bookings, and event coordination
**Logistics & Procurement**
- Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods, materials, and finished products
- Work closely with production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries
- Handle packaging, shipping documentation, and courier/vendor liaison
- Maintain and manage stock of packing materials and tools
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, transporters, and courier partners
- Monitor freight costs and seek cost-effective shipping solutions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Operations or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in admin and logistics roles, preferably in manufacturing, design, or creative industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory and logistics software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
