Role & responsibilities
Job Title: Admin Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Oversee purchase, upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of office items, furniture, and equipment. Maintain MIS on utilization and ensure cost efficiency. Manage travel arrangements and internal/external communication for management.
- IT Management: Handle purchase, installation, maintenance, and updating of hardware and software systems. Ensure smooth IT operations and website upkeep.
- ISO Implementation: Act as Management Representative for ISO. Oversee quality processes, internal audits, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Liaisoning & Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies for estates, legal matters, telecommunications, events, exhibitions, conferences, advertisements, and other administrative functions.
- Culture & Systems: Contribute to organizational culture development, ensure process discipline, and support directors in implementing administrative systems and policies.

Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a competent Admin Manager to direct, control, and coordinate a diverse range of administrative functions, including facilities, IT, HR support, procurement, and overall office management. The ideal candidate should be experienced in implementing systems, managing teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.
Qualification:
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
