Job Title: Accounts cum Admin executive

Location: Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with strong communication skills, able to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism
  • Prepare and organize meetings, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate and support personal and professional tasks for the executive
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  • Ensure efficient and timely handling of tasks and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
