About the Role
Mena Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong communication skills, excellent command over English, and advanced proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements
- Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office
- Handle email communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and office management activities
- Provide support for HR, Accounts, and Management as and when required
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Prior administrative experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24, ₹35,000.00 per month
