We are seeking ahighly organized and detail -oriented HR Admin to support our HR and recruitmentfunctions. The HR Admin is responsible for managing the documentation andonboarding procedures for new employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies,and providing support to the HR Manager. This role requires strong communicationskills, proficiency in HR software, and the ability to handle multiple tasksefficiently. KEY TASKS ANDRESPONSIBILITIES · Schedule and coordinate various tests and assessmentsfor candidates as part of the interview process.· Communicate test details and instructions tocandidates in a timely manner· Collect, verify, and manage all necessary onboardingdocuments from new hires in compliance with company policies.· Schedule interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers. Send calendar invites, follow up with both parties, and handle anyscheduling conflicts or changes.· Add and update candidate information in HR systemssuch as HiBob and GreytHR.· Maintain accurate and up -to -date candidate recordsthroughout the recruitment process.· Manage records for employees who have left thecompany, ensuring proper documentation and updates in the HR system.· Provide administrative support to the HR Manager asneeded, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. · Assist with variousHR projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements· Graduate / Postgraduate· Minimum 1 year experience in recruitmentsor administrative support role is desirable· Strongknowledge of MS -Office specially Excel· Ability to organize andcomplete skills assessment that are appropriate for the vacancy requirement· Handson experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phoneinterviewing, reference check etc.)· Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills · Decision Making andmulti -tasking
