We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented DB Admin & Workflow Specialist with experience in Darwinbox (DB) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR systems, enjoys solving workflow-related queries, and can independently manage admin-level tasks.

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end resolution for queries related to DB workflows and position management.
  • Handle admin-level actions and tasks with confidence and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to new HR platforms and tools as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of communicationboth verbal and written.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent the team professionally in all interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Darwinbox certification or proven experience as an Admin user.
  • Hands-on experience in workflow development is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
