- Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in business development in Freight Forwarding.
- Good analytical back ground, Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Structured, systematic working style.
Job Description:
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers through periodic visits while ensuring regular bookings from them
- Addressing Customer Complaints and support towards fixing the issues.
- Cross selling additional product and services to existing customers.
- Specialization in our key focus verticals i.e & Pharma/Perishable/ Automotive/ Luxury Brands.
- Conduct market research and gather market intelligence
- Leadership and management skills being a Managerial position
- Positive attitude and keen to learn in a changing business environment
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and standards.
- Knowledge of Indian Customs Regulations and Tariff Schedule.
- Basic knowledge of accounting functions and relative information retrieval.
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers.
