Key Accounts Manager required

Bachelor's or master's degree (Any graduate) with 15 yrs of work experience as Key Accounts Manager in Manufacturing Company

Skills:

 Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

 Expertise in B2B marketing, sales strategies, and market expansion.

 Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and product positioning.

 Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and ERP systems.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

The key Accounts Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the company's marketing

vision, brand positioning, and business growth. This position involves developing high-level marketing

strategies, leading a team, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market reach. The

position demands critical role in business development, revenue generation, and ensuring market

competitiveness while aligning with the company's long-term objectives.

01 Strategic Marketing & Business Growth

 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to

drive business growth and brand awareness.

 Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's

customer base in domestic and international markets.

 Align marketing strategies with the company's revenue and

profitability targets.

02 Sales & Market Expansion

 Work closely with the sales team to enhance lead generation,

customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify

trends and stay ahead in the packaging industry.

 Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients,

distributors, and industry partners.

03 Branding & Digital Marketing

 Oversee brand positioning, corporate identity, and digital

marketing initiatives.

 Manage website, social media, SEO, and digital advertising

campaigns for enhanced online presence.

 Develop compelling marketing content, promotional materials,

and product catalogs.

04 Product, Pricing & Market Positioning

 Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and

launch new products based on market demand.

 Define pricing strategies based on market trends, competition, and

customer insights.

 Drive value-based selling by highlighting the company's unique

offerings.

 Plan and execute trade shows, industry exhibitions, and

customer engagement events.

 Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and
