Head of Lead Generation Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Lead Generation Operations to lead our data and email marketing operations. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong background in data warehousing, SQL, and strong appreciation of AI, with the ability to bridge business, client servicing, and technology functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for data architecture, proven experience in lead generation operations, and the ability to drive process innovation in collaboration with technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data operations and email marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, validation, and quality frameworks.
  • Oversee data warehousing and pipeline management with strong SQL expertise.
  • Drive the adoption of AI/ML tools to improve lead generation, validation, and automation.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement process and system innovations.
  • Work closely with client servicing teams to align deliverables with campaign objectives.
  • Build and monitor operational dashboards and KPIs to track performance, pacing, and quality.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide insights that support business growth.

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong exposure to data operations, business operations, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Data Warehousing, and AI-driven data applications.
  • Prior experience in lead generation operations, email marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and governance.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.
