About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Lead Generation Operations to lead our data and email marketing operations. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong background in data warehousing, SQL, and strong appreciation of AI, with the ability to bridge business, client servicing, and technology functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for data architecture, proven experience in lead generation operations, and the ability to drive process innovation in collaboration with technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data operations and email marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Establish and enforce data governance, validation, and quality frameworks.
- Oversee data warehousing and pipeline management with strong SQL expertise.
- Drive the adoption of AI/ML tools to improve lead generation, validation, and automation.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement process and system innovations.
- Work closely with client servicing teams to align deliverables with campaign objectives.
- Build and monitor operational dashboards and KPIs to track performance, pacing, and quality.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide insights that support business growth.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) required.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong exposure to data operations, business operations, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Data Warehousing, and AI-driven data applications.
- Prior experience in lead generation operations, email marketing, or campaign execution.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of data architecture and governance.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.
