
Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our preschool network across the city. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable locations to set up new preschool centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential locations for setting up preschools across the city.
- Conduct market research and area mapping to evaluate feasibility and demand.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Engage with property owners, brokers, and landlords to source viable locations.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation to final closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation and onboarding.
- Maintain regular reporting and updates on progress.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, education, or franchising.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the city.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
