Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Head to lead our business in Kerala. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client and partner relationships, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team across the state. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Kerala market, proven leadership skills, and fluency in English and Malayalam.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Growth

  • Own the business targets for Kerala and ensure consistent achievement of sales/revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute region-specific strategies to increase penetration, visibility, and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of managers, executives, and field staff across Kerala.
  • Drive performance culture through structured KRAs, KPIs, and daily monitoring.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and team-building initiatives.

Client & Market Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders in Kerala.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on regional market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Monitor DRR (Daily Run Rate), WRR (Weekly Run Rate), and monthly targets.
  • Manage budgets, rebates, costs, and profitability for the Kerala region.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare region-wise performance reports and present to senior management.
  • Collaborate with central leadership and other regional heads to align goals and strategies.
  • Drive corrective actions where performance gaps are identified.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, with at least 3+ years in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the Kerala market, consumer behavior, and local business practices.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel across Kerala as required.

  • Achievement of Regional Target (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Team productivity, retention, and development.
  • Client satisfaction and SLA adherence.
  • Revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
