We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, source accurate business data, and engage them through telecalling to generate leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Sourcing & Research:
  • Identify and compile accurate data of potential clients, corporate houses, event managers, wedding planners, and institutions.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads with relevant contact details (phone numbers, emails, addresses).
  • Keep track of client profiles, past interactions, and follow-up schedules.
  • Telecalling & Client Outreach:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our AV rental services.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, or demos with interested clients.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Lead Management & Reporting:
  • Update internal databases with call outcomes, lead status, and client feedback.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads sourced, calls made, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (preferably in events, rentals, or B2B services).
  • Strong research and data collection skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Kannada, Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, or Excel.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Knowledge of AV equipment and event services.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of qualified leads generated per week.
  • Conversion rate from call to meeting/demo.
  • Accuracy and completeness of the client database.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹45,582.16 per month
