Industry: Aesthetic / Skin Clinic
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday working is mandatory; weekly off on weekdays)
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Pure Skin Clinic in Koramangala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving clinic sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their skin concerns, and suggest suitable services or treatments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective consultation and upselling of clinic packages and services.
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients for repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and coordination with dermatologists and therapists.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and handle queries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and daily sales reports.
- Stay updated with clinic offers, promotions, and new treatments.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the skin clinic industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasing personality.
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and confident in closing sales.
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays (compensatory offs on weekdays).
