Position Summary
We're on the hunt for a Senior Lead Generation Executive who knows how to make the pipeline flow — someone who doesn't just run campaigns but engineers outcomes. With 7+ years of experience, you'll be the architect of our top-of-funnel growth, owning cold email sequences, Meta ad campaigns, and every lever that pulls quality leads into our system.
You've been in the trenches long enough to know what works and what's noise. You bring strategy, execution, and hustle in equal measure — keeping a laser focus on 50%+ inbound flow from campaigns. You're data-driven but instinct-led, scrappy but systematic. If the target looks impossible, you're the one who finds a way.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run cold email campaigns that break through and deliver quality leads.
- Design, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) that fuel the funnel.
- Ensure 50%+ inbound flow through smart targeting, creative strategy, and relentless optimization.
- Own the lead-gen funnel end-to-end: targeting, nurturing, and pipeline handoff.
- Experiment with subject lines, creatives, and landing pages — scaling what works.
- Partner with pre-sales to ensure lead quality translates to conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance — and use data to drive smarter plays.
- Stay sharp on the latest tools, tactics, and trends in demand generation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience driving B2B lead generation for SaaS, AI, or enterprise solutions.
- Proven success with cold email outreach and Meta Ads.
- Solid grasp of demand-gen strategies, funnels, and lead scoring.
- Comfortable with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.).
- Analytical and metrics-obsessed — you live in dashboards and conversion reports.
- Hustler mindset — you don't just push buttons; you make results happen.
Must-Have Skills
- Cold email strategy, sequencing, and personalization.
- Meta ad campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Ability to sustain 50%+ inbound flow consistently.
- Strong copywriting and messaging chops.
- CRM and funnel management experience.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM).
- Familiarity with SaaS/AI/tech-driven industries.
- Creative experimentation mindset.
