Job Summary:

A remote individual contributor role focused on manual lead generation and inside sales. Responsible for identifying prospects, conducting outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, and converting them into clients. Complete ownership of target achievement and revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through calling, research, and networking
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and engage decision-makers
  • Pitch services, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Drive follow-ups and negotiations until closure
  • Maintain reports and CRM/Excel records with accuracy
  • Meet defined weekly and monthly conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident in high-volume calling from a home setup
  • Ability to work independently with strong accountability
  • Basic MS Office / CRM knowledge
  • Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up discipline

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in telesales / lead generation / inside sales preferred
  • High-ownership freshers with strong communication may apply
