Role: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–4 years in Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads generated through our digital and on-ground campaigns.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable real estate projects or solutions.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales and performance teams for successful closures.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
  • Support the wider GTM team in improving funnel metrics and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English. Hindi will be a bonus
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or pre-sales for a minimum of 1 year
  • Experience handling high ticket projects
  • Ability to understand client needs and align solutions effectively.
