Role: Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–4 years in Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated through our digital and on-ground campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable real estate projects or solutions.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales and performance teams for successful closures.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
- Support the wider GTM team in improving funnel metrics and conversion performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English. Hindi will be a bonus
- Proven experience in real estate sales or pre-sales for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience handling high ticket projects
- Ability to understand client needs and align solutions effectively.
