Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners in Bangalore.
- Identify land parcels and development opportunities through these networks.
- Pitch our business model and explore collaboration with developers to build properties on identified lands.
- Act as a single point of contact between developers and internal teams to ensure smooth discussions and deal closures.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and land availability across key micro-markets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen developer/channel partner connect.
- Work closely with the business development and operations team to align developer partnerships with organizational goals.
