Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop, manage, and expand our sales channels. The role involves building strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring business targets are achieved through effective distribution strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners/distributors.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new partners.
- Provide training, support, and product knowledge sessions to channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Plan and execute promotional activities with channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and operational issues.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
