Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that add value.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly growth targets, revenue goals, and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, client meetings, and deal progress.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Coordinate closely with sales support and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

What You Should Bring:

  • 1–3 years of business development experience.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to open doors, develop trust, and close deals.
  • A self-motivated mindset with a focus on targets and client satisfaction.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
