Inside Sales Executive (Lead Generation) – Infrastructure

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our Infrastructure department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, with strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the field sales and project teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our infrastructure services and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update with lead information and follow-up actions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's services and offerings to provide accurate information.

What we Expect from you?

  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead status and market feedback.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements quickly and adapt responses accordingly.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excel tools.
  • Quick learner with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in the infrastructure/construction industry is a plus.
