Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Premium Optical Showroom
Location: Vyttila, Kochi
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive for our premium opticals showroom in Vyttila. The role involves assisting customers in selecting eyewear, explaining product features, and driving sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with optometrists for eye check-ups and prescriptions.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented and customer-ready at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in inside sales/retail sales, preferably in opticals, luxury, or lifestyle products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to explain technical details in a simple, convincing manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing & CRM tools preferred).
- Passion for sales and ability to work towards targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
