Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven HR Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter to join our in-house HR team at Thane.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final rounds
  • Manage salary negotiations and offer documentation
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
  • Ensure timely closure of open mandates and maintain TAT compliance

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
  • Excellent sourcing skills through Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team
