Position: HR Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 6+ Years Work location: Thane West Working Days and time: 10:00AM to 6:30PM, Monday to Saturday. 4th Saturdays OFF. Job Summary: Handling end to end recruitment cycle for the various clients involving IT and Non IT requirements Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Maintaining database for the processed and sourced candidate Responsible for fulfilling demands as per the project necessities of the Business Units & closing requirements within the specified cycle time. Identifying & understanding the manpower requirements from the Business Heads/Vertical Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements (Job Portals, LinkedIn etc.) Screening & short-listing of resumes on the bases of skills, experience, educational background Conducting preliminary round of HR Interviews Shortlisting candidates for technical round in co-ordination with respective managers Taking continuous feedback from the panel Salary negotiation & documentation process of selected candidates Maintaining database and candidate records Client Retention Advance Excel Qualifications & Experience: Strong knowledge of using portals (Naukri, Shine and LinkedIn) Proficiency in MS Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills.
