Job Summary: - Handling end to end recruitment cycle for the various clients involving IT and Non IT requirements - Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Maintaining database for the processed and sourced candidate - Responsible for fulfilling demands as per the project necessities of the Business Units & closing requirements within the specified cycle time. - Identifying & understanding the manpower requirements from the Business Heads/Vertical - Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements (Job Portals, LinkedIn etc.) - Screening & short-listing of resumes on the bases of skills, experience, educational background - Conducting preliminary round of HR Interviews - Shortlisting candidates for technical round in co-ordination with respective managers - Taking continuous feedback from the panel - Salary negotiation & documentation process of selected candidates - Maintaining database and candidate records - Client Retention - Advance Excel Qualifications & Experience: - Strong knowledge of using portals [Naukri, Shine and LinkedIn] - Proficiency in MS Excel - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -- Regards, Kinnari Lad - Sr. Recruitment Manager 7304894280 [Confidential Information] Wisecor Services Pvt Ltd www.wisecorglobal.com
