Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Development Executive located in Pune. As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and identifying strategies for business growth. Primary responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, maintaining existing accounts, and exploring opportunities for new collaborations. Qualifications - Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Proficiency in Business and Account Management tasks - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build and nurture professional relationships - Proactive and result-oriented approach to tasks - Experience with CRM tools is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
