Responsibilities: Research potential clients in Real Estate, Facility Management, and Tech sectors. Generate and qualify leads for: SaaS-based Facility Management Systems Custom CRM Development & Integration Web & Mobile App Development AI-based Solutions & Consulting Build and track your sales pipeline using CRM tools. Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calls. Work with founders to create strong proposals, presentations, and product demos. Follow up with potential clients and move deals toward closure. Keep an eye on market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management. 1 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or IT Services. Strong communication and research skills. Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
