Objective for Hiring
To drive strategic revenue growth by closing high-value clients, improving conversion rates, and mentoring junior BDEs over the next 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Manage and convert high-value leads through consultative and strategic selling.
- Develop and refine sales strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen outreach, campaigns, and market positioning.
- Mentor and guide junior Business Development Executives on prospecting, pitching, and sales operations.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams for seamless project handovers.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM tools and ensure consistent reporting.
- Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights to shape sales strategy.
What You'll Bring (Must-have)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B IT services sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, software development, AI/ML, cloud, and digital service offerings.
- Experience working with global clients across multiple regions.
- Ability to independently close deals and manage high-value conversations.
- Mentoring or guiding junior team members (formal or informal).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Nice-to-have
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes.
- Exposure to enterprise sales or strategic selling frameworks.
- Understanding of SaaS, advanced cloud, or AI solution models.
