Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing strategic business plans. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, conducting market research, and developing proposals to attract potential clients.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
