Executive/Sr. Executive: Business Development & Sales Support

Responsibilities: (detailed example below)

  • Attending New RFQ from the customers.
  • Monitoring product development and timely provide development status to customers.
  • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
  • Regular review with Project Managers to get updates about the projects and keep pressure on development dept to meet project deadline.
  • Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
  • Inform Account Managers on identified business opportunities.
  • Preparation of Monthly sales plan, Prepare Sales loss analysis and take necessary actions to avoid losses.
  • Controlling Price in SAP and Preparation of Sales Order and other SAP related activities.
  • Account Receivable Management through a proactive approach by constantly monitoring the status.
  • Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
  • Coordinate with Plant in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.
