Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and creating strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in Account Management and Business strategies
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the recruitment or talent marketplace industry is a plus
