Role: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at VIRRAT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to craft and execute effective growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of client relationship and account management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in the marketing/advertising industry will be an added advantage

Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
