- Manage the **entire recruitment life cycle** from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- **2-5 years of experience** in IT recruitment (preferably in an agency or corporate setup).
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles (Java,.NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,382.71 - ₹38,209.05 per month
