**Job Overview**

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven **HR Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter** to join our in-house HR team at Thane.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
- Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final rounds
- Manage salary negotiations and offer documentation
- Ensure timely closure of open mandates and maintain TAT compliance

**Skills & Competencies**
- Proven experience in **IT & Non-IT recruitment**:

- Excellent sourcing skills through **Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and data management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team
