Key Responsibilities

  1. Source, screen and hire domestic agents for BPO roles, ensuring they meet skill development requirements for worker-type positions (e.g., training and up skilling focus in customer service or

    operations).
  2. Conduct mass recruitment drives to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets (e.g., aiming for 5-10 hires per day, 20-40 per week, or per month, depending on business needs).
  3. Acquaint and evaluate candidates on BPO-specific hiring processes, including background checks, interviews and onboarding.
  4. Collaborate with teams to identify and develop skills in recruited agents, such as communication, customer handling, and BPO operational knowledge.
  5. Focus on local talent acquisition in Thane and Hyderabad to build a regionally strong workforce.
  6. Maintain recruitment databases, track progress and report on hiring metrics to ensure efficient and high-volume placements.
  7. Ensure all hires align with company standards for

    permanent, full-time positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in BPO or mass hiring environments.
  2. Proven track record as a mass recruiter, with demonstrated ability to handle high-volume hires (provide details on daily/weekly/monthly recruitment numbers during application).
  3. Strong background in BPO industry, including familiarity with hiring processes for domestic agents.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective candidate interactions and team coordination.
  5. Educational qualification: Graduation in any field.
  6. Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on skill development and worker training initiatives.
  7. Preference for local candidates from Thane; must be willing to work on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
