Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of like-minded executives to achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business.
- Meet existing and new customers daily, identify their requirements, and progress on the identified requirements technically and commercially.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to understand and address their concerns.
- Send renewal notifications to customers periodically and follow up on renewals.
- Work on weekly/monthly targets and ensure adherence to short and long-term growth goals.
- Be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins, and collections.
- Comply with MIS reporting requirements.
- Own up to opportunities through successful proof of concept (POC) till submitting commercial proposals.
- Gather market intelligence of potential opportunities.
- Estimate partners' needs and goals.
- Be ready to learn, develop, and grow skills required for the job.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Analytics preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development.
