Outdoor digital signage & billboards

offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and more.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and client-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager
to join our growing LED display solutions business. This role demands a mix of technical
understanding, consultative sales skills, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with B2B prospects across East India in relevant industries.
Conduct client meetings to understand display requirements—both technical and
aesthetic.
Offer tailored solutions using Pexora's product range, in collaboration with technical
teams from Xtreme Media.
Create compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client
needs.
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client consultation, proposal, negotiation,
closure, and post-sale coordination.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to enable repeat business and
referrals.
Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline tracking.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B solution sales (preferred: high-ticket tech, AV,
infrastructure, or capital goods).
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation ability.
o Consultative selling approach and a strong client-service mindset.
o Ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.
o Self-driven and target-focused.
Education: Graduate in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a
plus.
