EXPERIENCE : Years
Industry Preference: Food / Pharma (B2B Sales Experience Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the Food and Pharma industries.
- Own all plans and strategies for business development aligned with company goals.
- Drive B2B sales efforts with a focus on building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication (in-person, calls, and emails).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Head, providing regular performance updates and market insights.
- Promote company products and actively contribute to closing key deals.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to build strong customer relationships.
- Generate and qualify inbound leads to meet sales objectives.
- Maintain full visibility into the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-through at each stage.
- Build and nurture partnerships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in the Pharma or Food industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
