Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LS Salesforce and will work in a hybrid model with no travel required. This role involves driving business growth and enhancing client relationships contributing to the companys strategic objectives and societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
  • Utilize LS Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the business development team.

Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in LS Salesforce for managing customer relationships and data.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.
  • Showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry trends.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification in Salesforce.
