Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LS Salesforce and will work in a hybrid model with no travel required. This role involves driving business growth and enhancing client relationships contributing to the companys strategic objectives and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Utilize LS Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities.
- Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the business development team.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in LS Salesforce for managing customer relationships and data.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.
- Showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships.
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Show commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certification in Salesforce.
