Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing key accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role also includes developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's market presence and contributing to overall business growth through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of Business operations and strategies in pharmaceutical or related industries
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
