Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive the recruitment strategy.

  • Employee Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and familiar with company policies.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Offer guidance on HR policies, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive working environment.

  • Employee Engagement:

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities to maintain a vibrant company culture.

  • HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll, leave management, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track HR metrics and report trends, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes based on data analysis.
