Role Objective

The Sales Manager Composite Hose (UK Region) will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote Aeroflex's Composite Hose product line. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets in the assigned UK territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate business from EPCs, OEMs, and end-users in industries such as Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Steel, and other related sectors.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the UK region.

· Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts with customers.

· Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

· Provide technical pre-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.

· Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and pricing dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

· Track sales performance against targets and ensure timely follow-ups for payments and collections.

· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote Aeroflex's product offerings.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.

· 4–10 years of proven experience in selling Composite Hoses, particularly in the B2B industrial segment.

· Strong technical understanding of piping systems and hose assemblies.

· Demonstrated success in industrial sales, especially with EPCs, OEMs, and large end users.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction across global stakeholders
