Role: SaaS Sales Manager
We are hiring a high-performing SaaS sales leader to own the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and drive predictable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales lifecycle: outreach → demo → proposal → closure
- Identify, qualify & pursue new B2B opportunities
- Conduct engaging product demos and articulate value & ROI
- Build, manage, and track a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Customer Success & Product teams for onboarding
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide market trends & competitor insights to product leadership
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in SaaS/B2B Sales (mandatory)
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Experience with inbound & outbound lead management
- Ability to explain functional & technical product features clearly
- CRM proficiency
- High ownership, self-motivated, result-driven mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in HRTech / InsurTech / HealthTech
- Startup or early-stage sales experience
- Ability to mentor or lead a small sales team
Compensation
