Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Team leadership: Recruit, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Sales operations: Oversee all daily sales activities, including showroom sales and the delivery process.
  • Performance management: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Market analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Customer relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing, finance, and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Brand promotion: Participate in industry events and collaborate on promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
