Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategy and planning**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
- **Team leadership**: Recruit, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- **Sales operations**: Oversee all daily sales activities, including showroom sales and the delivery process.
- **Performance management**: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- **Market analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- **Customer relations**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with other departments like marketing, finance, and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- **Brand promotion**: Participate in industry events and collaborate on promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A degree in a related field may be preferred.
- Experience in the automobile industry, with a focus on sales.
