Senior Sales Managers are responsible for developing sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and defining sales targets.

They lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure that team members meet or exceed their sales targets. This includes recruiting, training, and evaluating sales staff.

They set sales targets for the team and monitor individual and team performance against these targets. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

They forecast sales volumes and revenue, taking into account factors such as market trends, seasonality, and competitive activity. They also develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets.
